Gable End Shed Plans
All Gable shed plans consist of 8' tall side walls. The height to the top of the gable roof peak for an 6' wide shed is 10'-0" high, for a 8' wide shed is 10'-4", for a 10' wide shed is 10'-8", for a 12' wide shed is 11'-4". The gable shed plans include framing details for optional windows. Our plans maximize the use of the necessary building materials. You will be amazed at the very small amount of left over lumber which means the most cost effective shed possible. Our shed plans will take you step by step through the construction of your new shed. Each step is illustrated with isometric (3-D) drawings which are simple to follow. Keep track of the costs involved in building your new shed. There is not a more gratifying or practical "do-it-yourself" project available. All our shed plans utilize 2x4 construction with pressure treated 4x4's acting as foundation.
The plans include various details for door options. There are three different types of doors detailed in the plans. A pre-hung 36" door, a homemade 36" door, and a double door that makes a 60" opening (60" door option available on all shed plans except 6' wall of plan #GB-128). There are details to frame the door on any wall of the shed as well as different locations on the walls.

Our Gambrel Storage Shed's have inside peak height of 9 ft. The Gambrel shed's also consist of 5'3" side walls. Pressure treated 4x4's act as foundation. Two door options included. 36" standard door or 5' total opening double doors.
All shed door's are located on short side.
Example: GB-114 10x12, door is located on 10' side.
